Pero confirmaron que tenían todos los demás muebles para entregar, luego después de escoger otro color de tela, me hablan y dicen que pase a liquidar que ya está todo en bodega. Me confirman que esta todo lo que pedí, líquido y pido que me lo llevé su fletista el cual no llega a la hora y dura demasiado, haciéndome perder todo el día. Llega con la sala equivocada y sin un mueble, me comenta que el encargado le dijo que puedo pasar para la devolución de ese mueble y eso que cuando yo fuí, me confirmaron que todo mi pedido estaba listo. El sábado marcamos (mentalizados a que no lo tendrían listo) y así fue, nos dijeron que ellos se comunicarían el lunes. Marcamos el día lunes por la mañana y dijeron que les llegaría un pedido, pero que no sabían si nuestro pedido estaba ahí. Marco por la tarde, nuevamente mentalizada a que no la tendrían, pero esperando que me dieran una respuesta del día exacto en que la tendrían para no estar marcando cada día, o pidiendo que se me reembolsara el dinero. Me dijeron que el pedido era del fin de semana al día miércoles (cosa que nunca me dijeron cuando hice el pedido). A parte de todo eso, la persona con la que hablé por teléfono fue sumamente grosero. Ni siquiera me dejaba hablar, y me decía que no sabía de que le estaba hablando. No sabía de que le estaba hablando, pero sin saberlo me decía que el proveedor les había comentado mi pedido estaría listo del sábado al miércoles ? al final me pidió el número de orden (de muy mala manera), para terminar en que nunca se consiguió la tela del sillón, o sea que aún ni siquiera lo comenzaban a fabricar. Puedo comprender que tal vez eso no estaba en sus manos, si no que era problema del fabricante. Pero esta reseña es por el pésimo servicio que me dieron. Tal vez si yo no hubiera marcado, me tendrían en la espera de mi pedido por unos días más, sin tener una atención para decirme que nunca se consiguió la tela. Terrible service! On Saturday we marked (psyched that they would not have it ready) and so it was, they told us that they would communicate on Monday. We dialed Monday morning and they said an order would arrive, but they didn't know if our order was there. Marco in the afternoon, again psyched that they would not have it, but hoping that they would give me an answer of the exact day they would have it so as not to be checking each day, or asking for the money to be reimbursed. They told me that the order was from the weekend to Wednesday (which they never told me when I placed the order). Apart from all that, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. He wouldn't even let me talk, and he told me that he didn't know what I was talking about. I did not know what I was talking about, but without knowing it, he told me that the supplier had told them that my order would be ready from Saturday to Wednesday at the end he asked me for the order number (in a very bad way), to end in that it was never obtained the fabric of the chair, that is, they had not even begun to manufacture it yet. I can understand that maybe that was not in their hands, if not that it was the manufacturer's problem. But this review is because of the terrible service I received. Maybe if I had not marked, they would have me waiting for my order for a few more days, without having an attention to tell me that the fabric was never obtained.

P	Pily Palacios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muebles de mediano costo. Se ven bonitos y de calidad aceptable. El flete es extra y lo cobran a precio razonable. El pago con tarjeta cobra adicionalmente un 4%. No dejan tomar fotos de los muebles. Tienen política duras para cancelar. No tienen en existencia muchos modelos pero en especial los comedores son lindos. Las salas no son tan bonitas Furniture of medium cost. They look beautiful and of acceptable quality. The freight is extra and they charge it at a reasonable price. The card payment additionally charges 4%. They do not allow to take photos of the furniture. They have hard policy to cancel. They do not have many models in stock but especially the dining rooms are cute. The rooms are not so nice
