El edificio está ubicado estratégicamente para ir y venir caminando al súper, al centro comercial y a la playa, cuenta con un estacionamiento muy amplio y con seguridad 24hs. Las salas de uso común, están bien equipadas y limpias. La vista de la terraza es inmejorable, se logra ver Cozumel. La recepción es abierta y ambientada con vegetación cuidada y sillones confortables. El departamento nos hizo sentir el confort de nuestro hogar, cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para resolver lo que surja: plancha, secador de pelo, utensilios de cocina, las mejores almohadas, dispensador de agua, ropa blanca abundante para recambio. Amplios ventanales con cortinas livianas y black out. Los armarios y cajones con excelente funcionamiento. Lo mejor, la atención de Leandro quien amablemente ofreció su conocimiento para recomendarnos lugares para visitar y comer. Ya es nuestro lugar oficial cada vez que visitemos Playa del Carmen. We were lucky enough to choose Anah to stay. The building is strategically located to go and come walking to the super, the shopping center and the beach, has a very large parking and 24 hour security. The rooms of common use, are well equipped and clean. The view of the terrace is unbeatable, you can see Cozumel. The reception is open and acclimated with meticulous vegetation and comfortable armchairs. The apartment made us feel the comfort of our home, has everything you need to solve what arises: iron, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, the best pillows, water dispenser, abundant white linen for replacement. Large windows with light curtains and black out. Cabinets and drawers with excellent performance. The best, the attention of Leandro who kindly offered his knowledge to recommend places to visit and eat. It is already our official place every time we visit Playa del Carmen.

El apartamento es fabuloso, cómodo, súper limpio, y hasta mejor que en las fotos! Tiene una gran ubicación, cerca de todos los lugares de interés en Playa del Carmen, y el precio fue más que justo. Lo recomendaremos y por supuesto que volveremos! Travel with my parents, and from the warm welcome that Leandro gave us, we knew we were going to have a great stay! The apartment is fabulous, comfortable, super clean, and even better than in the pictures! It has a great location, close to all the places of interest in Playa del Carmen, and the price was more than fair. We will recommend it and of course we will return!

There is a big Smart Tv of 65 inches just perfect to lay back after a good day in the beach. To complete the great experience the owner, is just a great host he has been flexible with my arrival, he has really a clear communication and is a very nice guy. To recommend eyes shut !

The location is insane, 5 minutes walking to Mamitas beach and the same for all bars and clubs. The host Leandro is a great person, he gave us all the tips and tricks to enjoy our visit. I'll definitely come back again. D

The apartment provides all you basically need during a stay: big 65" screen TV with Netflix, A/C, water dispenser and basic kitchen appliances (new pots or a frying pan would be suggested from my side though). There is a pool on the rooftop which is great! I'm quite sensitive to noise and there is traffic outside which waked me up in the mornings. However, it's not a main street and not everybody is as sensitive as I am. Just wanted to state it to provide my personal and honest opinion.
