Tiene buena ubicacion , el hostel es muy basico pero la atencion del dueño es buena , te hace sentir muy comodo .

Cuando me fui de este hostal, Roberto, el hijo, exigió que le pagara 300 pesos (¡US $ 15!) por la diminuta funda de almohada que no tomé. Estoy seguro de que inicialmente no había este artículo en mi cama, cuando llegué ayer por la tarde. Todos mis esfuerzos por convencer a Roberto de que esto no es mi culpa fueron ignorados. La próxima vez, dijo Roberto, revisa tu cama con más atención. Cuando respondí que no habrá una próxima vez, Roberto me acusó de agresividad y me dijo que iba a llamar a la policía. Honestamente, yo estaba enojado (¿quién no estaría en tal situación?), ¡Pero no agresivo! Le dije a Roberto que puedo explicarlo todo y mostrarle a la policía todas mis pertenencias personales, pieza por pieza, para demostrar que no soy un ladrón. La respuesta de Roberto fue: "¡Toda la policía local es mía, y nunca demostrarás nada! ¿Necesita problemas serios? ”Luego quise sustituir la funda de almohada perdida con la misma cosa tomada de mi almohada personal del tamaño similar, pero esta oferta fue rechazada sin ninguna razón. Finalmente le pagué a Roberto 100 pesos (que aún es varias veces más que el precio real de ese servilleta) y dejé este lugar para siempre. ¡Fue mi peor experiencia con el personal del hostal / hotel durante más de 20 años de viaje! Si decide quedarse en este lugar, revise detenidamente los artículos de su cama cuando se instale aquí y esté atento a los trucos sucios.

Niet boeken via niks ze neemen niet op Google het apartament ,nergens te bekennen totaal ander uit dat wat ze beloven moet niet kunnen dit. En bellen hoef je niet te doen nemen ze niet op.

Excellent place and chill vibes make for a nice stay in a quiet neighborhood

Owner confirmed my arrival time was acceptable, but when I arrived had closed and locked up, leaving me stranded at 12am. After a vague apology over email, was locked up the next day in the late morning as well. If you want a reliable place to stay, keep looking.

Anayansi hostel is a great choice to book while you visit Tulum. Robert and his son Jr. Are amazing! Excelent chats and very informative of the surrounding areas. Stayed out till 4 AM and Roberto happily greeted me upon arrival. No time issues here. The best shower ive taken, by far. One of the only hostels that offer AC, half a block from a major hotspot for drinks and restaurants.

Anayansi Hostel is a great hostel with familiar atmosphere. Roberto is a very nice and helpful host :) if you are lucky you will get a fresh coconut from a palm for breakfast :) the hostel has a perfect location, in the cocy centre ,close to the bus station. There is also iguana living in the garden :)
