★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy limpio y amables todos. Muy centrico y seguro. La cama que nos toco en cuarto con baño compartido esta muy incomoda.
 Very clean and friendly everyone. Very central and safe. The bed that we played in a room with shared bathroom is very uncomfortable.

Großes Manko: keine Klimaanlage
Very cheap and very central. Is basically a B & B - but you have to make your own breakfast.
Big drawback: no air conditioning

Excellent location, very nice and comfortable room. The house is very pretty. It has a perfect patio to rest and relax. The room has a fan. Carlos is an excellent host, super friendly. We are left with the desire to stay longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an awesome stay in the Anfibio's house in Tulum. The casa is near the main Street and about 5 minutes by drive to the supermarket.
The house is really clean and confy, there is everything you need if you want to cook.
The host is really nice and is also a Dive master so he can organized scuba diving or snorkeling trip for you.
We highly recommend this place !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was very friendly. Our room was spacious and had 4 fans what helped a lot against the heat. The kitchen was also nice to prepare own food. The common areas were also nice, hammocks in the backyard. There are only three rooms, so very easy going. Good wifi as well, parking also available, 1 inside the fence and others on the street. Very good value or best value for money! Location is close to the main street. Would come again, unbeatable price.
