Poor service an old lady who treated me well badly, it has never been good service there but this time it really was the kick.

They did not want to renew my plan and they took my fingerprints and a copy of the inee and address and they did not want to give me lousy attention and experience, I do not know why they act in this way and are indifferent to customer service a zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al parecer no les gusta trabajar ya que llegue solicitando un servicio de una esim y solo se escudaban a que el gerente las tiene limitadas para que contrates otra línea, en call center me dicen que es una negligencia de parte de esta sucursal!
Apparently they do not like to work since I arrived requesting an esim service and they only shielded that the manager has them limited so that you hire another line, in call center they tell me that it is a negligence on the part of this branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Espero que sea de ayuda comentarles que varias veces que hemos necesitado de un servicio, siempre dicen que no se puede. Ponen alguna excusa con tal de que te vendan un servicio extra y con eso ellos ganar comisión. Por lo tanto, prefieren no atenderte! Increíble. PÉSIMO!!!!!
Terrible service. I hope it helps to tell you that several times we have needed a service, they always say that you can't. They make some excuse as long as they sell you an extra service and with that they earn commission. Therefore, they prefer not to attend you! Amazing. APPALLING!!!!!
