Estoy inconforme con el servicio recibido por parte de esta veterinaria. Fui con mi gato quien tenía diagnosticada enfermedad renal. En julio 2021 se le hizo el estudio de sangre y se veía el valor de creatinina por encima del límite superior. Mi gato recibió 6 inyecciones de células madre para tratar el problema renal. En los estudios realizados en noviembre 2021, el valor de creatinina estaba por arriba de lo que tenía en julio, diciéndome la Doctora que su valor había bajado cuando la evidencia documental mostraba lo contrario. Adicional, ignoró el valor de glucosa por encima del límite superior, ¿de verdad saben lo que hacen? Me siento estafado. ¿Pagar $30,000 MXN por mentiras? Puedo aceptar que el tratamiento falle pero no la mala interpretación de resultados de una profesional en salud veterinaria y tampoco las mentiras.
No les recomiendo este lugar, mienten.

I am dissatisfied with the service received from this veterinarian. I went with my cat who had diagnosed kidney disease. In July 2021, the blood study was done and the creatinine value was above the upper limit. My cat received 6 stem cell injections to treat the kidney problem. In the studies carried out in November 2021, the creatinine value was above what it was in July, the Doctor telling me that its value had dropped when the documentary evidence showed otherwise. Also, you ignored the glucose value above the upper limit, do you really know what you're doing? I feel cheated. Pay $30,000 MXN for lies? I can accept that the treatment fails but not the misinterpretation of the results of a veterinary health professional and not the lies.
I do not recommend this place, they lie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se desaparecieron para el seguimiento de mi perrito. Después de cobrarme como 5 estudios, nunca me enviaron los resultados, dejaron de contestarme y nunca supe nada. No he ido porque mi perrito ha estado mejorando con un tratamiento anterior. Pero aquí me inventaron cómo 5 enfermedades posibles y por eso los estudios. Terrible que éste sea el modo de robo aprovechándose de la preocupación qué tenemos por nuestros perritos.
They disappeared to track my puppy. After charging me for about 5 studies, they never sent me the results, they stopped answering me and I never heard anything. I haven't gone because my pup has been getting better with a previous treatment. But here they invented how 5 possible diseases and that's why the studies. Terrible that this is the way of theft taking advantage of the concern we have for our puppies.
