★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I searched for a competent vet to take our cat to because she is losing all of her hair. Dr. Flores spoke with us on the phone and we decided to go in. We underwent three tests and then the doctor never responded with a treatment after weeks of asking. Finally prescribed a pain killer that has horrible side effects and has nothing to do with treating what he originally said was a thyroid issue. Complete waste of money and time. Do not take you pet here.

Aside from trying to charge me double than the three other places I checked afterwards they can't give you an appropriate appointment slip and when I show up there at 10:50 because my appointment was for 11:00 they told me that my appointment was at 10:30 and that they will not see me I have a dog with broken leg broken in two spots and now he doesn't have medication because they're saying my appointment was 20 minutes earlier and that they won't see me
