★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de esta empresa. No te dan seguimiento en el proceso de cremación de tu mascota. Uno tiene que estarlos buscando para conocer el estatus. Así mismo no cumplen con las fechas de entrega, y a pesar de que todo estaba por escrito no dieron la urna solicitada y el certificado salió erróneo. No tienen un estándar de servicio. No recomiendo esta empresa en su totalidad.
Terrible service from this company. They do not follow up on the cremation process of your pet. You have to be looking for them to know the status. Likewise, they do not meet the delivery dates, and despite the fact that everything was in writing, they did not give the requested ballot box and the certificate was wrong. They do not have a standard of service. I do not recommend this company in its entirety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me lo recomendaron y quedé muy satisfecha con la atención, la cremación fue muy rápida y al siguiente día me entregaron su certificado. Definitivamente una buena opción para dar su último adiós a nuestras mascotas, el trato muy respetuoso.
They recommended it to me and I was very satisfied with the care, the cremation was very fast and the next day they gave me their certificate. Definitely a good option to say goodbye to our pets, the very respectful treatment.

The package that I chose for my daughter Keily, was the best because I saw the process and I was calm that the ashes of my dog were unique, continue with that service since it gives us the assurance that that special being returns home with her family that loves her.

Llegaron por mi gordito a mi casa y lo primero que hicieron fue pedir una sábana o algo para subirlo al auto. Me imagino que conocen su trabajo y saben lo que necesitan, además de que por el precio era de si conocimiento que era una raza grande ??♀️
En el trayecto el personal puso música nada adecuada para el momento (reggaeton) entiendo que ellos no conocían ni amaban a mi perrito, pero existe algo llamado empatía y creo que hizo falta de su parte.
Ya en el lugar el trato fue bueno, pero me quedaron esas malas experiencias.

On the way, the staff played music that was not appropriate for the moment (reggaeton). I understand that they did not know or love my puppy, but there is something called empathy and I think it was necessary on their part.
The treatment was good in the place, but I had those bad experiences.
