Quedaron de pasar por mi gatita entre 11 am y 12 pm para ponerle las vacunas, llamé a la 1:30 pm porque todavía no llegaban, y me dijeron que iban a ver donde iba la ruta para que fueran conmigo lo antes posible. Nunca llegaron, ni me avisaron nada. Marque varias veces y no contestaron. Ese día tuve que cancelar varios pendientes para estar con mi gatita, porque en las mañanas se sale de la casa, y además estaba con mi hija de 1 año y medio, que se cansa de hacer lo mismo 2 horas. Les comenté mi situación y aún así no tuvieron consideración.
If you're looking for good customer service, I don't recommend this vet. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mi perrito para esterilizar y el Veterinario realizó pésimo trabajo, me lo entregó enfermo, con una inflamación tremenda, mal suturado, con infección y CHORREADO SANGRE.
Además, con gripa severa y no se la trató. Tuve que acudir a Veterinaria Arboledas y fue un excelente trato. Me mencionaron que el trabajo anterior fue mal realizado.
CERO RECOMENDADO ESTE VETERINARIO, ADEMÁS ES CARERO.
