★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went twice. First time, the clothes weren’t ready when they said they would be. Not a huge deal initially, but each time we returned after that, they kept pushing it back another hour. Ultimately we had to pick up our clothes the next day.
Second time we forgot the pickup slip. I understand that’s our fault, but we did have our name, weight, and date. The older gentleman was difficult to work with and initially refused to look up the order based on our available information (despite the fact that he had the carbon copy with info that we could confirm, which is eventually what we did). Not a pleasant experience and wouldn’t recommend. Time to retire, old guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad to have found his location and so close to the hotel too. They use a scale to measure the weight of your clothing to determine the cost to wash. They accept cards, and they can have it all ready same day! They said that the clothing would be ready by 6:30 and when I got there they didn’t have it ready until 7:20 but for the convenience of the location, I do not mind the wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far the most expensive laundry service we have used in Mexico, however they didn't take good care of our clothes. One of the wires in my girlfriends expensive bikini is missing. It looks like they just threw everything in the drier including woolen garments which are now also damaged. Not happy?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars because the owner is cool. But my white tees came back with yellow collars! This place seems primarily for dry cleaning. Wouldn’t come here for washing any whites. Only colors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only did they do a great job on my laundry, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I left my wallet there when I paid and they returned it to me (safely after I showed an Id) and wouldnt accept any money for it. Very grateful!
