★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena comida y ambientación del lugar, casi siempre que visitamos la basílica, mi familia y yo vamos a comer, todo muy rico aunque ésta vez no fue igual a las demás pues la verdad creo deben estar atentos ya que por eso se da lo del servicio por su buena atención, nos atendió un señor de chongo pero no del todo bien ya que lo estuvimos buscando y cuando mi esposa fue al sanitario la verdad que mala imagen, el señor con su celular claro entendimos motivo por falta de atención hacia nosotros, deberían PROHIBIR el uso del celular en horas laborables.
Espero sigan mejorando, ya que es un restaurante que tiene años y me trae muy buenos recuerdos, capaciten a su personal para que no acurran ese tipo de incidencias.
 Good food and atmosphere of the place, almost always when we visit the basilica, my family and I are going to eat, all very rich although this time it was not equal to the others because I really believe they should be attentive because that's why the service is given for his good attention, a gentleman attended us but not quite well since we were looking for him and when my wife went to the toilet the truth that bad image, the man with his cell phone of course we understood reason for lack of attention towards us, they should PROHIBIT cell phone use during business hours.
I hope they continue to improve, since it is a restaurant that is years old and it brings me very good memories, train your staff so that they do not curl such incidents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio deja mucho que desear en muchos aspectos.
• la comida muy fría y algunos platillos como el spaghetti muy salados
•el aspecto de la mesera que nos atendió pésimo para el servicio que presta ( en pants, de teniss y se percibía mal olor)
•la sala muy sucia, se nota que no pasan la escoba debajo de las mesas
•por estos aspectos decidimos no dar propina a la mesera y todavía al salir nos reclamo de manera indirecta que no dejamos propina, comimos con toda la familia y salimos con un pésimo sabor de boca.
The service leaves much to be desired in many aspects.
• very cold food and some dishes like very salty spaghetti
• the appearance of the waitress who treated us badly for the service she provides (in pants, from teniss and a bad smell was perceived)
• the very dirty room, you can see that they do not pass the broom under the tables
• For these aspects we decided not to tip the waitress and still on leaving we indirectly claim that we do not leave a tip, we ate with the whole family and left with a bad taste.

Uy qué PENA .pero en este lugar ,se apareció un angelito .y me dijo. Yo pago lo que quieras .comer . ? Pero me hase una trasferenci a mi tarjeta. UFFF . que contento salí de este lugar .bien comido .bien agusto con mi PAREJA .
De verdad que si existen , los angelitos. Grasias amigo angel me da gusto compartir con ustedes este bonito lugar. Sabrosa la comida. Lindo lugar. Y tienen un ANGELITO EN SU CASA.
Fabulous. I had no money to pay, just my debit card. And I invited to eat at this place. And chin. They do not accept . Card payments. What a PENALTY. But in this place, a little angel appeared and told me. I pay what you want to eat. ? But I had a transfer to my card. UFFF. How happy I left this place .well eaten .well comfortable with my COUPLE.
