★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos ofrecieron descuento y check in a las 10, no nos cumplieron ninguna de las dos. La caja fuerte no funcionaba, pero no se hacen responsables por lo que no está en la caja. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación, donde tampoco funcionaba la caja fuerte. Después de insistir, logré que firmaran una responsiva, pero luego querían que devolviéramos la copia en el check out. Las opciones de vista son un tragaluz o un puente vehicular. Está escondido al fondo de un centro comercial. Ofrecen en su página hasta doblarte la ropa y ni nos ayudaron a cargar las maletas. El wifi no está protegido. Lo peor. A LAS 5:40 AM ABRIERON LA HABITACIÓN para preguntar que si todo bien "porque no nos vieron entrar". TANTO PROBLEMA NO PUEDE SER CULPA DEL PERSONAL, SINO DE MALA ADMINISTRACIÓN. fueron 3750 por una noche del chiste. Lo único bueno fueron las camas.
They offered us a discount and check in at 10, they did not fulfill either of them. The safe didn't work, but they don't take responsibility for what isn't in the safe. They offered us to change rooms, where the safe did not work either. After insisting, I got them to sign a waiver, but then they wanted us to return the copy at check out. View options are a skylight or vehicular bridge. It's hidden at the back of a shopping mall. They offer on their page to fold your clothes and they didn't even help us carry our bags. Wi-Fi is not protected. Worst. AT 5:40 AM THEY OPENED THE ROOM to ask if everything was alright "because they didn't see us come in." SO MUCH PROBLEM CANNOT BE THE FAULT OF THE STAFF, BUT BAD MANAGEMENT. It was 3750 for a joke night. The only good thing was the beds.

Excellent hygiene, service and quality. The facilities are first class, the rooms very spacious and new. It is definitely worth it and in the establishments in the square they give you a discount.
