Una buena atención por parte del personal, incluso nos dieron mezcal recién llegado del Mezquital. Excelente lugar para probar la comida típica de Durango. También debo resaltar que la atención por parte del personal es excelente, por lo que lo recomiendo ampliamente. During my visit to the City of Durango I visited this place on recommendation and the truth is that I was fascinated since the food is very rich, in addition to the fact that the menu is very varied in terms of the typical dishes of Durango. Quedé muy impresionada con este lugar de comida típica duranguense, sin excentricidades, con sabor a casa; recetas tradicionales pero para muchos novedosas, curadas por la dueña; ingredientes artesanales y una pasión por rescatar los platillos prehispánicos de la región. El servicio maravilloso, llegamos 5 minutos antes del cierre y aún así nos recibieron y fuimos atendidos por el dueño, que nos explicó su cuidadosa selección de ingredientes y proveedores, además de detalles de las recetas. Soy de fuera y me llevo un grato sabor de Durango. This restaurant doesn't order anything from Pujol, but you eat for 1/15 of there. I was very impressed with this place of typical Duranguense food, without eccentricities, with a taste of home; traditional but for many innovative recipes, curated by the owner; artisanal ingredients and a passion for rescuing the region's pre-Hispanic dishes. Wonderful service, we arrived 5 minutes before closing time and were still greeted and served by the owner, who explained his careful selection of ingredients and suppliers, as well as details of the recipes. I am from abroad and I am taking with me a pleasant taste of Durango.

Some of the recipes they use here date back centuries. The manager was very kind, and he took the time to explain several of the dishes and their histories to me. The caldillo duranguense was delicious, even though the weather was a little warm for soup. I ordered two desserts and they were both incredible - the chilled biznaga custard and the walnut cheese pie. Wow, they were exceptional!
