D	Dul Caro Arroyo Fragoso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente el lugar, lleve a mis mascotas a esterilizar (iba con cita), también los he llevado a desparasitar (muy bajo costo) y a vacunar contra la rabia, me atendieron súper bien y me ofrecieron adoptar uno de los perritos que tienen para adopción. También tienen consulta médica. Cuando lleve a esterilizar nos dieron una plática de educación para saber que cuidados requieren las mascotas. Los felicito por la labor que hacen. The place was excellent, I took my pets to be sterilized (I had an appointment), I have also taken them to deworm (very low cost) and to vaccinate against rabies, they treated me super well and offered me to adopt one of the dogs they have for adoption. He traído a esterilizar a mis 5 gatos y ninguno ya tenido problemas posteriores. La incisión de mi gata sanó super rápido. R	Rosa Pioquinto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, yo quiero contar mi experiencia con Control De Zoonosis Y Bienestar Animal Chimalhuacan , para empezar se solicita una cita ya sea por las campañas que están en su barrio o directamente hasta allá, yo solicite una cita y me pidieron 1lt de aceite para las camionetas ya que dicen que es por apoyo y está bien yo no tuve ningún problema al llevarlo lo malo es que a las personas que les piden JABON, CLARASOL, FABULOSO ETC. cosas de limpieza no se quedan ahi, el personal administrativo se lo lleva. Si es que llevan donación mejor lleven croqueta, cosas para curación, medicamento para animales, los collares que le compraron a sus animales y ya no lo tienen llevenlo PORQUE? PORQUE CUANDO TU VAS A SOLICITAR UNA REVISION O CONSULTA LA NIEGAN por no tener el material necesario y créanme que ahora que esto se hace gratis tienen una demanda muy grande al esterilizar a los animales y no hablo del administrativo, hablo por las dras. Las veterinari@s que son los que en realidad hacen su trabajo. Mi gata la lleve a revisión el día de hoy y como todas las veces que eh ido los administrativos me negaron el servicio nuevamente literalmente me dijeron que yo soy culpable de no atender a mi gata como se debe y que no había personal médico, esa no es la razón yo le llevo un proceso a mi gata porque se le complicó la cirugía por su sistema inmunológico que tiene ya que yo no sabía, porque la gata yo la recogí de la calle. Ellos no pueden acertar en algo que no conocen por eso se pide una revisión y me dijeron que no, una dra muy amable salió y me dijo que ella me atendía y la reviso, (según ellos no había nadie que me pudiera atender) y no es la primera vez que voy son 5 veces ya que ahí como les comento estoy llevando un proceso que lamentable a mi gata se le complicó. La verdad que tooooodo el personal administrativo es muy grosero. Pero las veterinari@s hacen muy buen trabajo y estoy agradecida con ellas. SI LLEVAN "DONACION" COMO DICEN ELLOS, LLEVEN CROQUETA, MATERIAL DE CURACIÓN, COSAS QUE SE NECESITA PARA ATENDER A LOS ANIMALES. NO PARA QUE ELLOS SE LO LLEVEN A SU CASA QUE ESTE ES ES CASO. B	Bernardo Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy una estrella y creo que estoy exagerando he acudido ya cuatro veces en 2 semanas para poder vacunar a mis perros y niegan el servicio por que siempre solo esta el vigilante y es quien te indica cuando se presentarán a trabajar ayer fui pero como fue día de asueto no laboraron y me ondico que hoy de 9 a 5 abría servicio pero como los médicos veterinarios son bien trabajadores salieron a jornada bien temprano y que marcará después de las 3 aver si ya estaban con ganas de trabajar pero si hay vacunas solo no hay personal que le guste su trabajo buen día I give it one star and I think I am exaggerating.
