★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you'd like authentic quesadillas served with warm Mexican hospitality, you must head over to see Doña Pili! We were three people and tried every quesadilla on the menu. My favorite was definitely the chicharrón prensado, with rajas con crema being a close second. Wash them down with delicious jamaica or horchata. The restaurant is spotless, and the staff take care to mind social distancing etiquette, so tables are blocked off so it's never too full, and there is hand sanitizer at the entrance. The bathrooms are also spotless. Doña Pili's definitely "me hace chupar los dedos!" and we went back the next morning, too. I think that says it all, no? Thanks, Doña Pili!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MY FAVORITE PLACE IN COZUMEL!
This place is amazing. I highly recommend the rajas quesadilla. I ended up eating here a few times a week while living in the neighborhood. Not only is there are a huge variety of delicious quesadillas, but the staff is super efficient and friendly so you never wait more than a few minutes for your order.
