★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gimnasio abierto 24/7. Buen número de aparatos aunque en espacio reducido. En horas pico es difícil hacer la rutina. El número de mancuernas es insuficiente a veces. Cuenta con regaderas en buen estado y las instalaciones están limpias en general. Estacionamiento amplio aunque insuficiente en horas pico. Instructores y clases de buen nivel. Aprovechando clases ya incluidas en la mensualidad y regaderas vale el precio.
 Gym open 24/7. Good number of devices although in reduced space. In peak hours it is difficult to do the routine. The number of dumbbells is insufficient at times. It has showers in good condition and the facilities are generally clean. Ample parking, although insufficient during peak hours. Good level instructors and classes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gimnasio tienes máquina modernas buenos entrenadores y tiene diferentes clases como trx y otras. Pero la mitad de las caminadora no estan en buenas condiciones y las elípticas no tienen el envase para los botes de agua
Y los baños y regaderas muy buenas conficiones.
The gym has modern machines good trainers and has different classes like trx and others. But half of the treadmills are not in good condition and the ellipticals do not have the container for the water bottles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gimnasio está muy bien equipado, de fácil acceso y con estacionamiento vigilado sin costo, con una llave puedes entrar los 7 días de la semana casi las 24 horas del día. Tiene regaderas aunque está restringido su uso a solo 20 minutos porque puedes afectar a otros usuarios, el costo es más elevado que otros gimnasios de cadena, pero siendo honesto en los 3 meses que llevo en este he estado mucho más activo que nunca, siempre el equipo está disponible y el mantenimiento de lo equipos es bueno. Existen clases durante el día, desafortunadamente y por supuesto en horarios durante el día cuando la mayoría trabajamos. Los instructores accesibles y con experiencia por lo que te puedan buenas rutinas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gerente y los entrenadores son poco profesionales. Ponen su cara bonita cuando te estas inscribiendo. Le mencioné al gerente que me parecía poco profesional que el entrenador quiera hablarme cuando estoy con mis audífonos concentrada a medio ejercicio.Un comentario constructivo nada mas que no a todos nos gusta que nos hablen a mitad de estar levantando peso. Bueno se ofendieron por eso. Y por ultimo otro miembro me agredió fisicamente hoy por la mañana y el gerente solo dijo que no podia tomar lados AUNQUE la ñora fue la que me empujo. A mí me hicieron pagar por la mala actitud de esta persona porque fui a reclamar mandándoles un correo al corporativo de lo que había sucedido. Simplemente diciendo que el gerente no lo manejo de la mejor manera cuando yo fui agredida fisicamente. Creo que si eres una persona que no le importa que la gente no respete tu espacio este es el gimnasio para ti. Los entrenadores y el gerente se la pasan haciendo ejercicio cuando se supone que están "trabajando" y ocupando las maquinas. No se supone que el cliente primero? Si te gusta que el gerente del gimnasio este nada más s ligando contigo como mujer es el gimnasio perfecto para ti.
The manager and trainers are unprofessional. They put on their pretty face when you're signing up. I mentioned to the manager that I thought it was unprofessional that the trainer wanted to talk to me when I was concentrating on my headphones in the middle of the exercise. Just a constructive comment that not all of us like to be talked to in the middle of lifting weight. Well they were offended by that. And lastly another member physically assaulted me this morning and the manager just said I couldn't take sides EVEN THOUGH the lady was the one who pushed me. They made me pay for the bad attitude of this person because I went to complain by sending an email to the corporate about what had happened. Simply saying that the manager did not handle it in the best way when I was physically assaulted. I think that if you are a person who doesn't mind that people don't respect your space this is the gym for you. The trainers and manager are always working out when they are supposed to be "working" and occupying the machines. Aren't you supposed to be customer first? If you like that the gym manager is just flirting with you as a woman, this is the perfect gym for you.
