★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, computer was diagnosed and fixed right in front of me. Reasonable price and clear, professional service (by Carlos). Plus booking an appointment was easy too. I recommend. In little office Mall right after Starbucks and Hertz in the Zona Hotel Cancun. There is parking behind the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came from Isla Mujeres twice now for 3 separate appointments. No one shows up, no one has answered the # provided or responds to emails. Called the first time before coming from Isla; person said my appointment was good for that day, I show up and no one is there. Had someone call and they said to wait an hour and they'll be there; waited for 2 hours, no one showed up and the next day they are closed for a week for "training". Wasted my time and about $150 of my money between ferry charges and booking hotels

The prices were very reasonable and proprietor was very professional. Phone was returned to us the next day.
