I experienced the worst service from this photographer not only did he yell at me on my wedding day but also our contract was not fulfilled. I received my album almost a year after I got married and was told edits could be made on the video but that didn’t happen. His videographer was not able to recover the video clips from our wedding and events and moments I wanted to include in my video did not get added. For the amount I paid I wish I had flew in a photographer from the states.

Excellent and super professional photographer but at the same time very nice, fun and easy to communicate with. From the preparation chats on Skype to the four days Vincent and his colleague were with us on site, it was a pleasure to have them around and resulted in super beautiful photos. It also helped a lot he was able to speak to our Dutch, Mexican, Chilean, Venezuelan and American guests in their own language! Book Pixan, you won't regret it!

Our wedding was on November 3rd, 2016 at Azul Fives in Playa del Carmen. Vincent and Gonzalo were the photographers. I can not even say enough how wonderful they are. They are extremely passionate and creative with what they do and at the same time professional and truly genuine awesome people! We have gotten a couple sneak peek photos and they are absolutely stunning! If you are thinking of booking Pixan for your wedding.. Do It!!! You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I were married May 6, 2016 in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We booked Vincent for our wedding and trash the dress session. If you look at Vincent's previous work you will see why we booked him. He is an amazing photographer. Months before our wedding we spoke with Vincent via Skype. He made us feel comfortable and he was very professional. I highly recommend you book Pixan Photography. At our wedding Vincent and his assistant fit right in with our guests. Vincent is easy to work with and has a wonderful personality. Our trash the dress session was at a private, beautiful cenote. If it’s in your budget I recommend you add this to your package! We had such a great time and got amazing photos! We received our wedding photos and our trash the dress session photos and we are in love! Our wedding photos are amazing and our trash the dress session photos are breathtaking. We highly recommend Pixan Photography!

We had our wedding at the Grand Palladium in October 2016 and we are beyond happy we had chosen Vincent (Pixan Photography) and his team to be a part of our special day. We had a great experience from beginning to end, the entire team is helpful and very responsive to every question/request. We did have a Skype meeting with Vincent a month prior to our wedding which is nice to see a photographer that takes the time to get to know his clients. We did the trash the dress session at a private cenote along with our wedding package and are beyond happy with the sneak peeks we've already received. Vincent is very personable and so easy to talk to, they fit in like the rest of our guests at the wedding. I am so thankful that we chose the right photographers for our day!!! You will not be disappointed with this team.

Pixan Photography Hotel Xcaret May Wedding Working with this team was okay. Vincent is very quick with his response time, which was appreciated. The only con I would have to say is that it took a few months to get my Full Wedding Video edit requests completed. I felt that after every change I requested, a new error occurred. For example, My best man's speech was cut off. They fixed the mistake, but now I have both my maid of honors speech's cut off. I'm kind of tired of going back in forth waiting on changes, so I'm just going to settle with what I was given. Advice: If you requested changes to your full wedding video, do not just review those few sections you wanted to be changed. Review the WHOLE ENTIRE VIDEO. I noticed changes I requested that were completed caused errors in another area of the video. Make sure you are checking the status of the video edits. Take screenshots of the changes you want. My comments kept getting deleted.

I will begin by saying photos are super important to me--those and memories that fade with time are really all we have left to remember our most treasured days. For this reason I put a lot of energy into finding the right photography & videography team, and I could not be more pleased with my decision to hire Vincent and his team. Every part of working with Pixan is spectacular. From the beginning Vincent is attentive and communicative, and he cares about your input and perspective. Our wedding day itself was amazing--the team (and we had four team members) is somehow there without being there. They are doing their jobs, wonderfully, but are not distracting in the slightest. Our older guests who have been to many weddings are still (almost a month later) talking about how impressed they were with the team and how professional and friendly they were. Now, the big, most important thing--how our photos actually turned out--AMAZING. Words will never do them justice. Everyone we show them to is blown away. The team managed to get every shot we wanted, really captured the natural beauty around us, and had a lovely mix of traditional and non-traditional, more artsy and visually interesting photos. We have had professional photographs taken a handful of other times by other photographers, and this is the first time when every time I clicked through the gallery to a new picture I was left absolutely STUNNED. I can't say enough good about this team. Hire them now!!!!!!
