★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilicé este seguro el año pasado. Lo compré en la página de Internet de Mundo Joven. La marca de seguro que ellos usan se llama April. Primero me sacó de onda porque no se me hizo marca conocida, pero Mundo Joven si, así que me arriesgué. Desgraciadamente tuve que usarlo... en el extranjero. Infección estomacal... ? y toda la atención fue a través de su app y whatsapp en español, super eficiente. Me enviaron un doctor que hablaba inglés hasta mi habitación de hotel, todo en menos de 2 hrs!! De volada!! y ellos le pagaron directamente a él. La receta la surtí en la farmacia más cercana y cuando regresé de mi viaje hice solicitud de reembolso de medicamentos y me tramitaron en menos de 2 semanas (aunque te dicen que pueden tardar hasta 30 días o algo así). Super mega satisfecha con ese seguro. Y fue de los mejores en cuanto a precio también.
I used this insurance last year. I bought it on the Mundo Joven website. The brand of insurance they use is called April. First I got out of the loop because I was not known, but Mundo Joven did, so I took a chance. Unfortunately I had to use it ... abroad. Stomach infection ... ? and all the attention was through his app and whatsapp in Spanish, super efficient. They sent me a doctor who spoke English to my hotel room, everything in less than 2 hours! Of flown! and they paid him directly. The prescription was filled at the nearest pharmacy and when I returned from my trip I made a request for a refund of medication and they processed me in less than 2 weeks (although they tell you that they can take up to 30 days or something like that). Super mega satisfied with that insurance. And it was the best in terms of price too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me enferme en mi viaje y ellos me buscaron el doctor más cercano y agendaron mi cita, estuvieron al pendiente y en tema de medicinas me hicieron reembolso completo. Nunca cuestionaron el gasto.
Muy buena atencion
I got sick on my trip and they found me the closest doctor and scheduled my appointment, they were on the lookout and in terms of medicines they gave me a full refund. They never questioned the expense.
