Muy bonito hotel lo recomiendo

Muy tranquilo, bonita vista, la alberca se queda abierta la 24 hrs. En la noche únicamente te piden no hacer mucho ruido. Bastante agradable, hay bar, snacks y restaurante cerca.

Algunas personas del personal al darse cuenta que eres Mexicano son poco amables y nuestro dinero vale igual que lo que pago un extranjero. Sobre todo en la parte de TacoArte. Por lo demás bien ??

Beautiful pool and view to the ocean

Travelers not requiring the kid-friendly environment beware. This is like Disney World Cancun. We knew this was a family friendly place when we booked, but didn’t expect the playground environment. The families appear to be delighted, but the two of us had hoped for more peace and relaxation. Since we booked a week, we inquired about moving to a different area and were told we could do so at a significant increase in the nightly rate. (Nearly $300/night MORE than we already paid for our ocean view room). For us, the Aguamarina pool is unusable. Just too many children running, screaming, splashing, crying, etc. And yes, there is also delightful laughter and family bonding, which is wonderful! The beach in front of the Aguamarina complex is rocky and grassy, but they do appear to be trying to keep it up. The main beach is all but closed. A huge wall of sea grass blocks the way from sand to surf. It’s the fault of nature, so whatever. But to be in Cancun with such limited beach and pool options is disappointing, to say the least. The food has also been disappointing. But after 3 meals now, I’ve lowered my expectations. We won’t return, but I do hope this review will help others searching for vacation options in Cancun.
