Los cuartos de 2 pisos son muy bonitos. Todo muy limpio y bastante accesible económicamente, las albercas limpias y seguridad en la playa

Le personnel est très désagréable pas d'insonorisation et l'hôtel nous a prélevé deux fois sans motif et sans remboursement au préalable nous avons dû quitté l'hôtel pour manque d'hygiène à évite absolument

Hola buenas tardes . Dejo este comentario por una razón . Realicé mi reserva para hospedarme en este hotel por medio de la aplicación Priceline , llegué al hotel les mostré la confirmación del número reserve y me dijeron que no figuraba en sistema de reserva , la Sra.Dolores con el cargo de recepcionista ,se comunicó con el propietario del departamento el Sr. Salvador, y tampoco tenía la confirmación de la reserva . Trate de contarte con el pero tampoco hubo interés de arreglar el problema, la recepcionista me aseguró que el cancelaría la reserva o desconocería el pago ya que es la forma de proceder y no perjudicar al huésped ,no tenía más opciones y por temor de no saber cual era el problema y que me pase lo mismo en otro hotel con la reserva , consulte para quedarme y sólo tenían disponible para una noche qué era con el mismo propietario de la habitación 3209 , pague en efectivo la noche y al salir le pedí a otra recepcionista una impresión del pago , que después me di cuenta que me había entregó una factura que sólo se verificaba mi estadía de una noche pero no el monto de pago, luego en un par de días verifico en mi cuenta bancaria que me han desacreditado por la estadía de dos días del hotel , no podía hacer nada ya que aún me encontraba en Cancún, tuve que esperar a volver a mi país para realizar el reclamo al banco y ellos no han recibido respuesta del hotel , ni la aplicación porque está no lo reconoce , ahora el lugar , las instalaciones son merecedoras de reconocer que está muy bien , mi intención es que por favor me ayuden y hagan el proceso que corresponde para que efectúen la devolución del monto desacreditado de mi cuenta del banco que este mismo ha tratado de comunicarse con ustedes y no le han dado ningún tipo de respuesta. Esto le puede pasar a cual viajero, la cuestión es que recibamos también la consideración y la ayuda departe del equipo personal y los propietario(s).

I tried to tell you about it but there was no interest in fixing the problem either, the receptionist assured me that he would cancel the reservation or ignore the payment since it is the way to proceed and not harm the guest, he had no other options and for fear of not knowing what was the problem and that the same thing happened to me in another hotel with the reservation, I asked to stay and they only had available for one night what was it with the same owner of room 3209, I paid cash for the night and when I left I asked another receptionist an impression of the payment, which I later realized that he had given me an invoice that only verified my stay for one night but not the amount of payment, then in a couple of days I verify in my bank account that they have discredited me for the I stayed two days at the hotel, I couldn't do anything since I was still in Cancun, I had to wait to return to my country to make the claim to the bank and they have not received a response from the hotel, nor the application because it is not or recognize it , now the place , the facilities are worth recognizing that it is very good , my intention is that you please help me and do the corresponding process so that they make the refund of the discredited amount of my bank account that the same has I have tried to contact you and you have not received any response. I stayed in the junior suite and you can tell that they have half upgraded the room. It's clean, but the bathroom hasn't been updated as yet and is a little old. We did have a great ocean view, which was great. We stayed for only 1 night, which was fine. But I wouldn't want to stay here a long duration. Pool is clean and very nice and pretty much right on the beach. Great location. Did not try any food at this hotel. Keep in mind, that you can't eat at other hotels, as they are all inclusive and do not allow you in without a 'day pass'. Kitchenette - they also state that all th3 dishes have to be cleaned, otherwise you will be charged. Yet there was no sponge or detergent provided. Can't imagine how unhygenic the crockery and cutlery would be from the lack of proper cleaning.
