Sin embargo, en esta ocasión, la señorita que atendió, le pedí el quesillo enrollado, acababa de atender a otra persona y solo se puso gel antibacterial, no se lavo las manos. Le pregunté y me reapondio que ya se habia puesto gel, que si yo no sabia que nunca agarran el quesillo con las manos, que siempre se ponen una bolsa de plástico. Lo unico que respondi fue que el punto es que no se lavo aun cuando tuviera la bolsa de plástico, es un protocolo de higiene en el manejo de alimentos.
I usually buy dairy products at those Arce stores, they are good and of high quality. However, on this occasion, the lady who attended, I asked for the rolled cheese, had just attended to another person and only put on antibacterial gel, she did not wash her hands. I asked him and he told me that he had already put on gel, that if I didn't know that they never grab the quesillo with their hands, that they always put a plastic bag. The only thing I answered was that the point is that it was not washed even though it had the plastic bag, it is a hygiene protocol in food handling.
