Fui a apostillar un acta de nacimiento, llegue a las 9am, pase por la iglesia (a 1 cuadra) donde puedes hacer el pago y te llenan el formato y luego me entre a fila de apostillas, a las 10:20am me recibieron los documentos y los entregaron el mismo día a las 12:15pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La entrega de documentos de apostillado es solamente de 9 a 11 h (son estrictos con ese horario y no reciben más de ese horario). La entrega es el mismo día aproximadamente 3 h después de entregar documentos. Se paga $105 por cada documento a apostillar. Se puede realizar el pago en la página de finanzas CDMX o también está el servicio externo en la capilla que se encuentra cruzando la calle con un costo extra de $30 por trámite. Para apostillado se entrega 2 copias del formato de apostillado, los 2 comprobantes de pago de derechos, copia del INE de quien realiza el trámite (que no es lo mismo de la persona de quien es el documento a apostillar). Para apostillar un acta de nacimiento está necesita ser ser copia fiel de la original porque lo que importa es la firma y sello de la original, no aceptan actas digitales de kiosko. Al final solo entregan un papel pegado con diurex por atrás del documento apostillado.
La mejor atención que recibí fue por parte de los oficiales de seguridad ubicados en la entrada y caseta de vigilancia los cuales fueron muy amables y me dieron recomendaciones para realizar mi trámite, no puedo decir lo mismo de los servidores públicos, se molestan si les preguntan y son poco pacientes respondiendo dudas de los usuarios. Tal vez sería útil brindar información en la entrada de donde se puede consultar los requisitos, exactamente que documentos se entregan y proporcionar una página donde se explique claramente el trámite a realizar. La zona es peligrosa, hay mucha gente en condición de calle y los alrededores están descuidados, sucios, mucha basura y desorden con los carros estacionados en doble fila, un caos.

Perhaps it would be useful to provide information at the entrance where the requirements can be consulted, exactly what documents are delivered and provide a page where the procedure to be carried out is clearly explained. The area is dangerous, there are many people on the street and the surroundings are neglected, dirty, a lot of garbage and disorder with cars double parked, chaos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para la apostilla, te dan un servicio bastante rápido si tienes todos los documentos listos: formato relleno, recibo de pago, copia de una identificación, y el documento a apostillar. Todo con copias.
Lo malo es hace falta más información en internet sobre el trámite, ya que tuve que venir dos veces para realizarlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen día. Les comparto mi experiencia del día 7 de octubre de 2021, espero les sea de utilidad.
Cuando lleguen al inmueble verán que hay dos filas (como se aprecia en la fotografía que les comparto). La fila del lado izquierdo, que generalmente está vacía, es para Apostilla y la fila del lado derecho es para informes y presentación de solicitudes en relación con la expedición de copias certificadas o testimonios.
Apostilla de Documentos:
Para informes sobre la apostilla hay que pasar a la fila del lado izquierdo e indicarle al policía que venimos por informes para apostillar un documento. El policía nos indicará que pasemos al fondo del lado izquierdo del inmueble.
En ese lugar veremos qué hay tres ventanillas en dónde dan informes y reciben solicitudes.Ahí nos indican que para poder apostillar las solicitudes se tienen que presentar de 9:00 hrs a 11:00 hrs y para lo cual es necesario:
1. Dos tantos del formato de solicitud lleno.
2. Copia de la identificación oficial del solicitante.
3. El comprobante de pago de derechos.
4. El documento a apostillar (el cual tiene que ser expedido por una autoridad de la Ciudad de México y que debe contener firma autógrafa)
*Nota: en el caso de las actas de nacimiento NO son válidas para apostilla aquellas que hayan sido impresas de internet. Para ello hay que hacer una solicitud de expedición en el Registro Civil.
En la ventanilla te proporcionan el formato y te dicen que puedes generar la línea de captura en la página de FINANZAS CDMX y realizar el pago en alguna institución bancaria o autoservicio o por internet (pero llevar el correo y el comprobante de pago) .Igualmente te dicen que en una iglesia (la cual pueden encontrar en Google como "RECTORÍA SAN JERÓNIMO"), que está saliendo del inmueble al lado derecho y luego a mano izquierda, te pueden apoyar en el llenado y pago de los derechos. Al llegar a la entrada de la iglesia, a mano izquierda (en dónde se encuentran las bancas) hay una persona que te apoya en lo que les comenté y por ello cobra $30 pesos, además claro, del pago de derechos, que al día de hoy es por la cantidad de $100 pesos, (para mayor referencia les comparto una captura de Google maps de la iglesia).
Finalmente solo hay que presentar todos los documentos en ventanilla para que nos asignen un número con el sabremos en que momento podemos recoger el documento (luego que el policía salga e indique el número que sigue para la entrega del documento).
Para informes sobre solicitud de copias certificadas o testimonios:
Hay que formarse en la fila del lado derecho para obtener informes. Hay que tener en cuenta que, en caso de solicitud, solamente se atienden 150.
Respecto del procedimiento les comparto una fotografía de la información que me proporcionaron.
También les comparto el dato que, luego de presentar la solicitud, se demoran de 20 a 30 días hábiles para entregarte el documento.
Cualquier duda que tengan acérquese a los policías.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este horrible, descuidado y deprimente lugar vine apostillar actas de nacimiento, para empezar la ventanilla de información no da informes para apostille, el policía me dirigió a la iglesia de color azul para que me cobraran ($115.00 por acta) y entregarán la solicitud, en este lugar sólo aceptan efectivo o transferencia, NO tarjetas.
En efecto fui a pagar a esa iglesia a parte de cobrarme me entregaron la solicitud con sus respectivas copias, ya que pagué regrese al archivo general de notarias y pase directamente a ventanilla a dejar las actas. Debes llegar con el pago hecho de 09:00 a 11:00 si no, no te reciben nada y debes venir el día siguiente, si lograste llegar temprano los apostilles los entregan a partir de las 11:30 de la mañana del mismo día, cualquier persona puede realizar el trámite, pero debe venir con identificación oficial vigente.
