★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No primeiro pedido entregaram certinho, mas no segundo veio errado e quando liguei para argumentar, o responsável que atendeu Sr Diego, respodeu:
- "Não posso fazer nada, o problema é na britador"
Daí questiono, se a Arecon não é responsável pela qualidade do que vende, então eu deveria alugar um caminhão e comprar direto na britador?
PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO
In the first order they delivered right, but in the second it came wrong and when I called to argue, the person who answered Mr. Diego replied:
- "I can do nothing, the problem is in the crusher"
So I question, if Arecon is not responsible for the quality of what it sells, then should I rent a truck and buy it straight from the crusher?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma caçamba de areia de 5metros a um tempo atrás, entregaram e assim que chegou desconfiei da quantidade, mesmo assim recebi e não indaguei, semana passada pedi uma caçamba de 7metros e vi que tinha a mesma quantidade da caçamba de 5metros, falei com o entregador e segundo ele estava certo, descarregou e comecei a carregar e a contar a quantidade de carrinhos e no final foi exatamente 5 metros, ou seja ficou faltando 2 metros de areia e eu paguei pela caçamba de 7 metros. Liguei pra eles pra saber se tinha acontecido algo e o cara se quer fez questão de vim ver a quantidade que ele descarregou e bateu o pé que estava certo. Ou seja sai no prejuízo e o mesmo se quer fez questão de acertar o erro. PROCUREM OUTRO LUGAR PRA COMPRAR, NAO PASSEM PELO MESMO ERRO. FOI BOM QUE APRENDI E NAO PECO MAIS. NOTA 0 PRA ESSE TAL DE ARECOM.
I asked for a 5 meter bucket of sand some time ago, they delivered it and as soon as it arrived I suspected the quantity, even so I received it and didn't ask, last week I asked for a 7 meter bucket and saw that it had the same quantity as the 5 meter bucket, I spoke with the delivery man and according to him he was right, he unloaded it and I started loading and counting the number of carts and in the end it was exactly 5 meters, that is, 2 meters of sand was missing and I paid for the 7 meter bucket. I called them to find out if something had happened and the guy even made a point of coming to see the amount he unloaded and stamped his foot that was right. In other words, it comes out at the loss and the same made a point of making the mistake right. LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO BUY, DON'T MISS THE SAME MISTAKE. IT WAS GOOD THAT I LEARNED AND I ASK NO MORE. GRADE 0 FOR THIS ONE FROM ARECOM.

Compramos "7m³ de areia fina lavada", quando a caçamba bateu areia no local, logo de cara dava pra perceber que não tinha nem 6 m³, fizemos a medição e deu 5m³ e umas 20 latas de areia, logo em seguida ligamos pra eles e o Sr. Diego nos atendeu, e q nos tratou com desprezo deixando claro que o erro não era da parte deles e sim nosso, parecendo que a agende estava mentindo e querendo levar vantagem na situação, conclusão: não estão nem aí com a satisfação dos clientes, se estávamos mentindo pq eles mesmos não vieram conferir.. Nunca mais compro nada dessa empresa e não indico pra ninguém.. portanto minha nota pelo atendimento de vocês é Zero virgula Zero.
Terrible service from Arecom. We bought "7m³ of fine washed sand", when the bucket hit sand on the spot, right away you could see that there wasn't even 6 m³, we did the measurement and it gave 5m³ and about 20 cans of sand, soon then we called them and Mr. Diego answered us, and he treated us with contempt, making it clear that the error was not theirs, but ours, it seemed that the schedule was lying and wanting to take advantage of the situation, conclusion: they aren't even there with the satisfaction of the customers, if we were lying because they didn't come to check it out.. I never buy anything from this company again and I don't recommend it to anyone.. so my grade for your service is Zero comma Zero.
