Unit is nice and spacious (2 floors loft style), check in was difficult due to language barrier. (We stayed at the older left side of the condominium, not the newer right side) Dealt with a realtor named Carlos but a female checked us in. (Do not conduct real estate business with him, unreliable and shady) Make sure to get a picture of the electricity meter when you check in. Very expensive in utilities, we were apparently around $400 USD for only 1 month. Super thin walls, can hear the nearby clubs playing music at night on weekends and if a family is living next door or upstairs, their walking and talking are very noticeable. Extremely noisy. I wouldn’t come back because it’s just too loud. Apparently there’s a rooftop pool that WE WERE NEVER TOLD OF OR SHOWN, until our neighbour showed us the day before we checked out to leave.... basically paid for an amenity that we never knew of. Location is good, not a lot of traffic and close to the 5th for walking. Power outage few times which became annoying. Also the unit above us would do constructions AT NIGHT around 10pm, two times were Friday and Sunday night. Don’t understand why they can’t do it during the day. We asked them to stop or when they would finish and we got cursed at, harassed and threatened. For two girls, this doesn’t make us feel safe. Also construction during the day right above us, sawing, beyond annoying and disturbing my work from home. They will try to charge you extra at check out for things out of your hand (window cleaning) and also “missing towels”. Ridiculous.

The Condominium was pretty nice. I enjoyed my stay. I would have given 5 stars except the water pressure was really low, it was extremely difficult for the six of us to take showers. There was no parking we could use, our van was too tall for the parking garage. We had to go outside every vouyof hours to put coins in the machine. Also, not the fault of the property manager but, we had extremely loud construction noise right outside our window Evey morning at 8pm. There was no way to sleep. We went out every night until late enjoying the Playa night life only to be woken up at exactly 8am. It was so loud! Terrible.
