Delicious Italian food. 100% recommend

My favorite restaurant at the Fives. Adriano is the best waiter, very attentive and so nice! Delicious food. My favorite was the salmon. The hot lava chocolate cake, yum!

The Best lamb steaks. Chef Valeria is great cook!

We were able to get into Arezzo twice during our stay at The Fives in Playa del Carmen, once just my wife and me and the other time with our entire group of six. In short, it's a great experience. The food is excellent and the service is very good. We tried several of the dishes and were not disappointed with any of them. The biggest criticism that I have is that it's fairly difficult to actually get reservations due to the poor concierge practices at The Fives.

Food good, service friendly, cook time acceptable(maybe due to amount of guests). Overall for me in restaurant is the most important food and service that is why 5 stars.

Amazing restaurant, service, and quality of food. The staff was pleasant and quick just like the rest if this resort. Even at the end, the hostess came up to us as we were waiting for the elevator and asked how they could improve. I could easily tell that this restaurant is constantly trying to have an elevated customer experience. The food was also outstanding, I enjoyed the chefs special which was three different types of pasta which was amazing. Fir the main meal I had a lovely tbone steak with vegetables. Even with the steak, our waitress saw that it looked medium well even without me mentioning it or even having my first bite. She immediately got me a perfect cut within the next 2 minutes (not exaggerating). For dessert I had a lovely cheesecake which was smooth and cream with the perfect crunchy, chocolate crust. Even with a slight mouth injury to someone on my family, the staff was extremely helpful by recommending smooth soups that could be eaten with a straw and bringing a mini spoon that could fit through her bandaid. The only small complaint I would have that was no fault of the staff, was the constant screening and crying of babies with parents just laughing at it instead of dealing with it outside. Overall this was an amazing restaurant which I recommend to all.

I think it's all about the service, and our waiter was top notch! We had a group of 8 and were celebrating 2 bdays. He served us these cucumber/lemon/ mint slushy drinks that were so refreshing! Food was so fresh and tasty... smaller portions So I encourage ordering appetizer. I actually visited again with just my husband and was so satisfied both times. I had chicken stuffed with ham first time and the tenderloin the second time. My husband had the lasagna which he loved but the first time he tried the T-bone steak and was greatly disappointed. Desert was yummy -- they have a chocolate lava cake and tiramasu that are must tries!
