★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor que nos pasó en México!!!! Desde el lobby del hotel seadust Cancún nos contactaron con éste laboratorio.
Fui con mi familia compuesta por 4 y me dieron un falso positivo del PCR en uno de los integrantes un día antes de viajar!!!! Llame a otro laboratorio y volví a realizar los PCR que dieron los 4 negativos.
En ese momento me llama carlos de laboratorio clínico héroes para extorsionarme ,diciendo que por u$s 200.- me podían remplazar el resultado.
Yo ya tenía todos los negativos reales con el laboratorio DIRELAB . Sin embargo me hizo pasar un tal momento desagradable con mi familia, que decidí pagar! Para tener las pruebas y poder hacer éste descargo, anelando poder prevenir a otra familia.
The worst thing that happened to us in Mexico !!!! From the lobby of the seadust Cancun hotel we were contacted by this laboratory.
I went with my family of 4 and they gave me a false positive of the PCR in one of the members a day before traveling !!!! Call another lab and rerun the PCRs that gave the 4 negatives.
At that moment Carlos from the clinical laboratory heroes called me to extort me, saying that for US $ 200.- they could replace the result.
I already had all the real negatives with the DIRELAB laboratory. However, he gave me such an unpleasant time with my family, that I decided to pay! To have the evidence and to be able to make this discharge, hoping to be able to prevent another family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor who came to the hotel was friendly enough, tough her English was not very good. She told us we'd have the results for the Covid Antigen-Test the following evening at 8 pm.
The Laboratorio then simply forgot about us and did not deliver any test results.
Fortunately, we got the required test at the airport, Lab Care, Terminal 3, just before check-in (much (!) less expensive, results in 10-15 minutes).
