Grupo Arriaga, Funerarias en Hidalgo… A finales del siglo XIX en Real del Monte, Hidalgo, Don Cipriano Arriaga de oficio carpintero inició la fabricación de cajas mortuorias. Preocupado por ofrecer el mejor servicio a la comunidad pensó en proporcionar un servicio funerario decoroso que cubriese las expectativas con eficiencia, respeto y calidad humana. En 1928 Don Pedro L. Arriaga continúa con esta labor en la Ciudad de Pachuca, Hidalgo. Servicios Funerarios Arriaga nace cuando su hijo Don Pedro Arriaga Manzano adquiere la agencia de la calle Morelos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la funeraria Arriaga Platinum en Pachuca, Hidalgo. Equivocaron el precio de uno de sus servicios, capilla y ataúd para el bebé de un muy querido amigo que murio ayer. La tristeza es terrible.
Vimos que desafortunadamente los precios publicados estaban incorrectos, y la diferencia eran poco más de $10,000.
Finalmente reconocieron su error y respetaron el precio publicado, y la gente fue amable excepto porque nos insistieron en no publicar con mala calificación sus servicios.
La experiencia es incómoda pero fueron rápidos realmente para resolver el problema luego de platicar intensamente con ellos.
La fotos que se muestran son del incidente, entiendo que pudo ser un mal entendido pero qué incómodo!
Bien por resolverlo a tiempo. Cambio mi calificación de 1 Estrella a 3 estrellas porque han insistido en que publiquemos flores para ellos...
Desafortunadamente las fotos ya son públicas y propiedad de Google... hablen con ellos
At the Arriaga Platinum funeral home in Pachuca, Hidalgo. They miscalculated the price of one of their services, a chapel and a coffin for the baby of a very dear friend who died yesterday. Sadness is terrible.
Unfortunately, we saw that the published prices were incorrect, and the difference was just over $ 10,000.
Finally they recognized their mistake and respected the published price, and the people were friendly except that they insisted on not publishing their services with a bad rating.
The experience is awkward but they were really quick to solve the problem after talking intensively with them.
The photos shown are from the incident, I understand that it could have been a misunderstanding but how uncomfortable!
Good for solving it on time. I change my rating from 1 Star to 3 Stars because they have insisted that we post flowers for them ...
