Realizan uniformes MAL y con logos TORCIDOS y cuando le dices que te los cambie por los uniformes originalmente contratados te dicen que no y te mandan personas de dudosa procedencia a tratar de cobrarte como auténticos mafiosos. Cualquier tipo de encargo te dan un plazo y SIEMPRE te llaman al cabo de los días para decirte que ese tiempo no se cumplirá. El dueño, extranjero es un impertinente sin ninguna noción de trato al cliente y deja mucho que desear. Utilicen negocios locales
THE WORST thing in Tulum. They make MAL uniforms and with TORCIDOS logos and when you tell them to change them for the originally contracted uniforms they say no and they send you people of dubious origin to try to charge you like real mafiosi. Any type of order you give a deadline and ALWAYS call you after the days to tell you that time will not be fulfilled. The owner, foreigner is an impertinent without any notion of customer treatment and leaves much to be desired. Use local businesses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found their services very unprofessional. I am an artist currently staying in tulum had prints done of my work wide never had such a bad service. Asked the staff what options they gave for printing they responded they don't print in do any printing at all as a poster even though they have all the tools. I was in the store for 15 min asking them to show me paper options or the cataloque and they have refused.such a shame because I do prints in a big bulk I quess they really don't want any customers .
