Al llegar a una habitación luxury suite en las escaleras una botella de cerveza semi vacia, cabello en las sabanas, no contaban con servicio de tv y al marcar a recepcion para reportar 1ro atendieron pero pasaron 15 min sin resolver nada,descolgaron el telefono de recepcion ya no entraban las llamadas y te mantienen aislado ya que no abren la cortina hasta que ellos lo activan.
La verdad esperaba mejor servicio y al comentar el tema del servicio comentaron que no necesitan la recomendación.
Aclaro las habitaciones super bien, detalles de higiene pero el servicio muy malo y preferi retirarme por esos detalles.

Upon arrival at a luxury suite room on the stairs, a half-empty bottle of beer, hair on the sheets, they did not have TV service and when dialing reception to report 1st, they answered but 15 minutes passed without resolving anything, they picked up the reception phone The calls no longer came in and they keep you isolated since they do not open the curtain until they activate it.
The truth was I expected better service and when commenting on the subject of the service they commented that they do not need the recommendation.
I clarify the rooms very well, hygiene details but the service is very bad and I prefer to leave because of those details.
