Me gustó la ubicación pero a el lugar le falta darle un poco de amor ya que había paredes con humedad en la habitación y me pareció un poco caro para lo que era el lugar ya que hemos visto otros hoteles mucho más cuidados por un precio menor al que pagamos ahí.

Hospedaje caro en relación a lo que ofrece. Habitación con paredes húmedas, baño sucio y de la ducha salen dos gotas. Nos entregaron la habitación con un acolchado super húmedo, pedimos que por favor lo saquen y así luego ponerlo, nunca nos lo dieron porque supuestamente el anfitrión no se podía comunicar con la encargada. Lo único bueno es la ubicación y el wifi. No lo recomiendo

Recomiendo mucho este lugar para personas con bajo presupuesto como yo. La cocina esta excelentemente equipada, mucho mas que otros RBNBs. El baño es adecuado y limpio. El cuarto que nos dieron al rincon del primer piso estuvo escondido pero genial ya que no pega el sol y siempre estuvo muy fresco el cuarto. Los cuartos tienen ventilador y aire acondicionador lo cual esta genial. No hay agua caliente pero tampoco se extraño. Te dan secadora el cual es un plus. La cama es comoda pero rechina y la tele no es smart ni tiene Netflix.

Inexpensive, decent location. We had not hit water, poor water pressure and the room smelled bad during our stay.

Very nice, small apartment. Great location. Would prefer a window to the street or view, but very acceptable. The owner was very responsive to all request. Would rent again.

It's my fourth experience in the AIRBNB App And I can say that it was not very pleasant. The department is very close to the Ferry ⛴, Ultramar less than 200mts. The apartment has A / C, private bathroom, hot water, "is not necessary", ceiling fan, a small grill for cooking, utensils and cutlery. The downside is CLEANING IN THE BATHROOM, MANY FUNGI, MUCH DUST IN THE T. V AND CABLE, WHERE YOU PUT YOUR CLOTHES, AND THE BATH REALLY disgusting see so much fungus and tartar in the water faucets, NO Cleaning included. Very easy communication with Arturo. Studio room was perfect for our stay. Tv, aircon and wi-fi all working. Kitchen could have a bit more plates, bowls etc. But when we asked for another cooking pan we got it same day. Room is very clean, bed is comfortable. Toilet is a bit low seated and bathroom walls not fully enclosed, but didn't bother us. Roof is spacious with many sunbeds, but no shade, nice view from there. Lots of lines to hang your beach clothes and towels to dry.
