No existe ningún tipo de mantenimiento pera esos lugares.
A very dirty place, very filthy people leave their garbage wherever they want and the city council does not place garbage tanks or designate a daily cleaning staff. ??
There is no type of maintenance for those places.

That place is dirty, people throw garbage on the floor and they are not able to pick it up, something has to be done so that people learn to clean their whereabouts.
