They do not respect rate. And they are not professionals. They made me pure theater to waste my time even seeing that I am traveling with my 11-year-old son, just to invite you that my documentation is not

He makes you feel welcome and is there for you 24/7. He has excellent customer service skills. My family and I travel frequently to Guadalajara and all our car rentals are from his rental agency. I would not go anywhere else to rent a vehicle. My last business trip I rented the vehicle from his agency for anout 5 months. I am very satisfied and happy to actually find a honest car agency rental. Please on your next trip give David a call. Like I said I highly recommend David for your next car rental.

My husband and I travel to GDL frequently and have had nothing but trouble with many other agencies who do not honor your online rental order. Renting a car with this company was hassle free and very fast. We had a quick pick up at the airport and there were no surprises when it was time to sign the contract and pay for the rental. overall 5 star service. The agent David helped us for the pickup and drop off. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a car in GDL
