★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Cuidado! ¡No responden en obras inconclusas! Malísima experiencia, no lo recomiendo. Solo la obra civil se terminó en tiempo, a partir de ahí los acabados llevan meses y el Arq. Juan Pablo Santillán, responsable de la obra, no responde llamadas ni mensajes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ningún proveedor en nuestra vida me ha quedado tan mal como Ashar S. de R.L. de C.V. y el Arquitecto asignado a nuestro proyecto. La remodelación de mi casa que tomaría 8 semanas se ha vuelto un calvario de 6 meses que aún no tiene fin. Incumplimientos, jineteos y nulo seguimiento han sido la constante en todo el proceso. El Arq. Juan Pablo Santillan no responde mensajes ni llamadas, incluso sus propios proveedores nos comentaban que él les decía que nosotros éramos los que no habíamos pagado y a su vez no les pagaban, siendo que hemos completado el 98% del pago por la obra. En fin, la lista de inconvenientes es interminable. Si tiene planes y ganas de construir, no corra ¡huya! y ponga sus ahorros en otras manos.
No supplier in our life has been as bad as Ashar S. de R.L. de C.V. and the Architect assigned to our project. The remodeling of my house that would take 8 weeks has turned into a 6 month ordeal that still has no end. Breaches, jockeys and no follow-up have been the constant throughout the process. Arch. Juan Pablo Santillan does not answer messages or calls, even his own suppliers told us that he told them that we were the ones who had not paid and in turn were not paid, being that we have completed 98% of the payment for the work. In short, the list of drawbacks is endless. If you have plans and desire to build, do not run, run away! and put your savings in other hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta constructora nos dijo que se comunicaría con nosotros a la brevedad para dar solución al incumplimiento por parte del "arquitecto" Juan Pablo Santillan (S+B Arquitectos) y en más de 4 semanas nunca se comunicaron ni le dieron seguimiento. Siguen debiendo la reparación de los deferctos de su obra y una pérgola que ya se pagó y que no han siquiera iniciado desde el mes de Mayo de 2021. No contestan llamadas, dejan en visto los mensajes, nos dejan plantados a nosotros como dueños y a los proveedores. Cero confiables, cero profesionalismo. Lo que sigue es demandarlos.
This construction company told us that it would contact us as soon as possible to solve the breach by the "architect" Juan Pablo Santillan (S + B Arquitectos) and in more than 4 weeks they never communicated or followed up. They continue to owe the repair of the defects of their work and a pergola that has already been paid for and that they have not even started since May 2021. They do not answer calls, they leave messages in check, they leave us as owners and the providers. Zero trustworthy, zero professionalism. What follows is to sue them.
