J'ai adoré suivre ce cours ! Very good Yoga class, a good job of dynamics and flexibility, and a teacher who takes care to make herself understood and correct her students! I loved taking this course!

I called the number that appears registered, but nobody answered. Anyway I went the next day at 7am as it says on the page. The teacher, Lola, arrived who kindly opened her studio and taught her class very active and fun. I recommend this studio to anyone who has already practiced yoga. With excellent location in the center a very beautiful space where you can enjoy the singing birds. It was a complete class where there was meditation and exercises.

I was lucky enough to get two private classes with her while I was there, and the first day she worked me harder than I have ever worked in a yoga class! I was a bit wiped out the next day so asked her if we could something more restorative, and she made the entire hour one long series of restoration poses. If you get a chance, get to her ashtanga classes, or book a private class with her. Either way, you will feel magnificent when you're done!

Lola gives a lot of personal attention and really loved her adjustments. I’d definitely recommend it. About the schedule: just text her at WhatsApp!
