En 1936, T. Russ Hill se unió a Rexair. Inspirado por los limpiadores de calles en Kentucky, Hill sugirió la idea de incorporar agua en el diseño de la Rexair para atrapar el polvo y la suciedad. Esta innovación hizo de Rexair un producto único y exclusivo. Rexair desarrolló una nueva lema: “El Polvo Mojado no Vuela”.
A finales de los años treinta, la Rexair estaba siendo aclamada mucho más que una sencilla aspiradora.
