At the end of the course I felt ready and eager to start my practice and I'm still doing it every day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my very first time experiencing a Crystal and Reiki energy healing session and I really didn’t know what to expect. Astrid did a great job explaining what Reiki is, outlining her process, and helping me understand my part in the experience.
I followed her instructions, kept an open mind, and let the session happen. I can honestly say she is the real deal. I experienced sights, sensations, and smells during the session. The channeled energy is real and reassuring. I’m still processing the experience but I can’t wait until our next session.
I’m so happy our paths crossed and I look forward to more interaction. Astrid thank you for being you!

It has been over a week since my training and I am learning so much about myself, others, and the reiki practice.
I would definitely come again for another training, or just for a reiki session. Thank you Astrid!
