★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es centro de servicio, tampoco lugar de venta de productos ASUS. Son oficinas corporativas, pero si llegas a ir el personal te explica a donde debes ir o como debes proceder si tu interés es garantía, accesorios o compra de productos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo equipo. Compré una lap RogStrix G351 y justo a los 7 días, se apagó. La "arreglaron" y a los 2 meses falló de lo mismo. No es posible que un equipo de más de 25 mil sea tan malo. Y estoy por ingresarla nuevamente a servicio técnico por el mismo problema. No retiene la carga.
Terrible equipment. I bought a RogStrix G351 lap and just 7 days later it turned off. They "fixed" it and after 2 months it failed the same. It is not possible that a team of more than 25 thousand is that bad. And I am about to enter it again for technical service for the same problem. It does not hold the charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible marca no gasten en un equipo tan malo y con fallas y todavía difícil de contactar soporte un año y dejo de funcionar completamente ni si quiera se le dió uso como tal porque la utilizamos contadas ocasiones para que a la final te digan que ya está fuera de garantía que pagues y sin solución casi 12 mil pesos de inversión que solo duró un año, eviten perder su dinero pésima experiencia si pudiera le doy cero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 4 años compré una Laptop Asus VivoBookS $21,000 de las mejores en esos momentos, antes de cumplir el primer año presentó fallas ya que estaba demasiado LENTA y se TRABABA , llamé para la garantía y sólo me instruyeron de desactivar algunos controladores, al tener una segunda laptop del trabajo sólo la utilizaba de vez en cuándo ya que aunque mejoró un poco no dejaba de ser muy lenta, hoy en día presenta una nueva falla ya que prende cuándo quiere, a pesar de que el swich marca encendido la pantalla sigue negra y sólo a veces logra arrancar. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA CON ESTA LAPTOP, NADA BARATA Y SOLO ES BASURA AMBIENTAL.
4 years ago I bought an Asus VivoBookS $21,000 Laptop, one of the best at that time, before completing the first year it had faults since it was too SLOW and LOCKED, I called for the warranty and they only instructed me to deactivate some drivers, having a second work laptop I only used it from time to time since although it improved a little it was still very slow, today it presents a new fault since it turns on when it wants, despite the fact that the switch marks on the screen is still black and only sometimes it gets started. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS LAPTOP, NOTHING CHEAP AND IT'S JUST ENVIRONMENTAL GARBAGE.

Nunca pero nunca vuelvo a comprar esta marca.
La compré en Palacio de Hierro y su representante me vendió la de muestra y tiene el BIOS original y no se lo pueden quitar.
Y pues ya me tengo que comprar otra.

Terrible service they do not solve anything and they hang up on you.
I will never, ever buy this brand again.
