La gran desventaja es que debes esperar a que te llamen y eso tarda horas no tienen una buena organización.
Attention is good from the people they serve.
The big disadvantage is that you have to wait for them to call you and that takes hours, they don't have a good organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mí siempre me han atendido bien, a veces el tiempo de espera es muy largo porque pues obviamente mucha gente tiene problemas en específico o dudas muy extensas o problemas a resolver muy complicados supongo, pero de ahí en fuera pues está siempre todo muy bien, nada más que tienen opciones de celulares muy limitadas, lo cual considero lógico por ser una sucursal muy chiquita, pero no deja de dejarme con ganas de ver más modelos.
I have always been well cared for, sometimes the waiting time is very long because obviously many people have specific problems or very extensive doubts or very complicated problems to solve I guess, but from there on out everything is always very good, nothing else that they have very limited cell phone options, which I consider logical for being a very small branch, but it does not stop leaving me wanting to see more models.
