★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendió la srita del módulo 2 en la noche, fue atenta aunque es mucha burocracia y lento el trámite, me hicieron cambio de SIM les digo que desde mi domicilio no recibo ni llamadas ni tengo internet hace ya un mes y ni cambiando la SIM tiene servicio NO contraten este proveedor si viven por la calzada de la viga y Ermita Iztapalapa no tiene cobertura mis familiares tenían at&t pero emigraron a Telcel por falta de servicio pero para mí está más complicado vengo siendo cliente de más de una década y renové mi plan por 2 años y no tengo servicio desde hace un mes
 The lady from module 2 attended me at night, she was attentive although there is a lot of bureaucracy and the process is slow, they made me change my SIM I tell them that from my home I do not receive calls or have internet for a month now and not even changing the SIM has service DO NOT hire this provider if you live by the beam road and Ermita Iztapalapa does not have coverage my relatives had at&t but migrated to Telcel due to lack of service but for me it is more complicated I have been a customer for more than a decade and I renewed my plan for 2 years and no service for a month

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te tienen esperando más de 1 hora y al final no te dan solución a tu problema, fui para la liberación de mi equipo y como no pudieron dijeron que fuera directamente con la marca del equipo, no sirven para nada
Pero para andar platicando entre ellos bien qué saben
They keep you waiting for more than 1 hour and in the end they don't give you a solution to your problem, I went to release my team and since they couldn't tell me to go directly with the team's brand, they are useless

Desde la recepción apoyan para atenderte rápido y me atendieron rapidísimo y resolviendo el problema técnico. Porté mi número de otra compañía y activado con eSIM en menos de 30 minutos. Excelente servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es demasiado lento te hacen esperar y no cuentan. COn sala d espera ni personal suficiente te canzas y desesperas de estar de pie y la oficial es ostigante ???
The service is too slow make you wait and don't count. With a room waiting for you and not enough staff, you get tired and despair of standing up and the officer is stubborn ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authorized distributer, not a real AT&T store. Refused to sell a prepaid SIM. They tried to force us into a contract. So we left. Telcel has a much better network anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to make payment(upon making payment) I wanted to see the offers for "Buen Fin", however the service rep that checked me in never put me on the waiting list... was there for about 30min and was never assisted. I left, just FYI this store is just good for payments.
