Se ve que hay una burocracia muy pesada detrás de todos estos servicios de telefonía móvil. Si deberían reconsiderar hacer ese papeleo más fácil para el cliente. La paciencia es una virtud, pero no acepto la burla descarada que algunas empresas tienen hacia sus clientes. No es un favor el que hacen, es un servicio que cuesta caro A service disaster. Sin embargo, la atención fue realmente buena, en todo momento me asesoraron respecto a mi plan y las promociones, y si bien los procesos son algo tardados, es una cuestión general de AT&T y de sus sistemas, no de los encargados de la tienda.
