★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal AT&T estuve buscando el equipo Galaxy Note 10 plus en CDMX San Angel y en Querétaro y no había y tampoco son buenos para decir dónde esta el equipo y resulta que hay en San Juan del Río pero la promoción acabo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facil contratar, Pero para cancelar es IMPOSIBLE.... para cancelar solo es via telefonica y NUNCA contestan, y si acaso te contestan, te pasan de uno a otro pidiendote otra vez un chingo de informacion,... es a PROPOSITO fastidiarte para cancelar.... NO CONTRATEN, ya que se casarian de por VIDA con esta compañia... Mejor usen fichas de prepago... NUNCA CONTRATEN UN PLAN
Easy to contract, But to cancel it is IMPOSSIBLE .... to cancel it is only via telephone and they NEVER answer, and if they answer you, they pass you from one to another asking you again a shitload of information, ... it is on purpose to annoy you to cancel .... DO NOT CONTRACT, since they would marry for LIFE with this company ... Better use prepaid tokens ... NEVER CONTRACT A PLAN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el servicio. Sólo hay una persona capacitada que es el gerente y su forma de explicarle a otros empleados es sentado desde su escritorio en vez de pararse a resolver. Tarde casi una hora y media en poder obtener un resultado y eso que era el único cliente. Deja mucho que desear su atención al cliente
Very slow service. There is only one trained person who is the manager and his way of explaining to other employees is sitting from his desk instead of standing to solve. It took almost an hour and a half to get a result and that was the only client. It leaves a lot to wish your customer attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen cambio, mi factura era de 955 mande a pagar y le cobraron 900 pesos por que no tenían cambio, que regresará a pagar más tarde los 55 pesos , creen que uno tiene tiempo, su obligación es atender bien, y cobrar completo. Si el pago no está completo se hace cargo extra y ustedes no pagan ese dinero. Así que si no tienen ganas de trabajar y atender bien, les invito a dejar su trabajo para otra gente que de verdad quiera dar un buen servicio. Siempre hay que tener amor por lo el trabajo por que ello se abastecen nuestras necesidades.
