★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy lento hasta para hacer un cobro, no me quiero imaginar para una contratación o aclaración. La ejecutiva que me atendió no pudo responder mi duda sobre un trámite de cancelación,pareciera que no estaba lo suficientemente capacitada para su función.
Very slow service even to make a payment, I don't want to imagine for a hiring or clarification. The executive who attended me could not answer my question about a cancellation procedure, it seems that she was not sufficiently trained for her role.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez decepciona más esta empresa ..tienen pocos ejecutivos. Y no ponen atención al volumen de clientes te hacen esperar 1 hora y 20 minutos para atenderte .y no hay gerente que de seguimiento a este problema. Y hay más puntos pero lo que haré es cambiar de compañía
