Y	Yoa Lizzette Del Bosque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio se supone que tienen una hoja para que te apuntes y no hagas fila para la espera pero ni la respetan, nunca nunca respetan el orden de los clientes, le expresas al gerente tu queja y me mando al kiosko!!, llevaba mas de una hra ahi esperando y ahora resulta que solo fui exclusivamente a una sucursal para usar el KIOSKO!!!!, para eso no hubiera pagado el estacionamiento de la plaza y mejor marcar para que me atienda una operadora Pity service is supposed to have a sheet for you to sign up and do not stand in line for the wait but they do not respect it, they never respect the order of the customers, you express your complaint to the manager and send me to the kiosk!, I had more than one hour there waiting and now it turns out that I only went exclusively to a branch to use the KIOSKO !!!!, for that I would not have paid the parking lot of the square and better dial to be attended by an operator

El personal que atiende es amable, pero tienden a saturarse de personas rápidamente y como son pocos atendiendo, los tiempos de espera pueden llegar a ser largos. Sin embargo, en lo que a mi respecta siempre han sido honestos cuando pueden ayudarme y cuando no pueden hacerlo me indican los siguientes pasos a seguir (por lo general ir a las oficinas de corporativo en San Pedro). The service is acceptable but, being a small branch, there will be several problems that they will not be able to help you with. The staff who attend is friendly, but they tend to get saturated quickly and since there are few attending, waiting times can be long. However, as far as I am concerned, they have always been honest when they can help me and when they cannot, they indicate the next steps to follow (usually going to the corporate offices in San Pedro).
