 A very slow service. The bank has leaks, there are very few cashiers attending and I've been waiting for more than 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble que al estar en ventanilla y querer hacer un depósito en efectivo, te nieguen el servicio y te manden al cajero automático a depositar. Pésima política, pésimo servicio y nada de amabilidad de las cajeras.
It's amazing that being at the counter and wanting to make a cash deposit, they deny you the service and send you to the ATM to deposit. Lousy policy, lousy service and no kindness from the cashiers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé xk motivo no me atienden en el call center. No puedo hacer pagos x teléfono . Y sucursales cerradas. A donde me dirijo. No podemos salir y bloquean tarjetas sucursales cerradas. Qué hacer.....!!!!!.
I don't know why they don't attend me at the call center. I cannot make payments by phone. And closed branches. Where am I going. We cannot go out and they block closed branch cards. What to do.....!!!!!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy lentos los ejecutivos, no pudieron resolver mi problema... Mas capacitación a sus ejecutivos, me cambie de nómina con ustedes (BBVA) porque me gustaba su servicio pero al parecer me equivoque, no ir a esta sucursal
Executives are very slow, they could not solve my problem ... More training your executives, I changed payroll with you (BBVA) because I liked your service but apparently I was wrong, do not go to this branch
