No realizan servicio al cliente a pesar de que anuncian que sí, es una tienda cualquiera en donde las medidas de sanidad les importan poco y prefieren trabajar sin cubrebocas. Encima se atreven a preguntar por qué quiero cambiarme de compañía. La respuesta es simple: pésimo servicio no solamente en esta sucursal, sino de AT&T en general. Ni qué decir de qué entregan celulares USADOS Y DE SEGUNDA MANO como nuevos. Ahórrense la mala experiencia y acudan a otra tienda, y de ser posible con otra compañía para que eviten esto de recibir pésima atención por un equipo usado que ellos pasan como si fuera nuevo.
Terrible service. They do not perform customer service despite the fact that they advertise that they do, it is an ordinary store where sanitary measures do not matter much to them and they prefer to work without face masks. On top of that, they dare to ask why I want to change company. The answer is simple: terrible service not only at this branch, but from AT&T in general. Needless to say, they deliver USED AND SECOND-HAND cell phones like new. Save yourself the bad experience and go to another store, and if possible with another company so that they avoid receiving bad attention for a used equipment that they pass as if it were new.
