★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al consultar mi buro de crédito especial me percate de 2 planes con equipos AT&T de alta gama que sacaron de esta sucursal un tal "Luis Alfredo Martínez Sanchez" promotor o ejecutivo en esta sucursal usurpando mi identidad y cometiendo fraude, tengo una linea con esta compañía de la cuál jamás he tenido retraso en más de año y medio por lo que las otras 2 lineas las sacaron independientes a la que únicamente es mía, los datos me fueron proporcionados a través de atención a clientes con el contrato digitalizado que tienen, por si en algún punto les realizan un acto similar sepan que pueden darles el punto de venta y la persona que lo hizo, NO ACUDAN NI CONTRATEN EN ESTA SUCURSAL de personas amañadas y que no tienen el mínimo sentido de respeto a los datos personales. Estoy realizando el proceso de aclaración e instaurando la carpeta de investigación correspondiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me robaron al cambiarme a aTzT, me pidieron que recargara 200 pesos en mi mismo número, pero no le recargaron y se quedaron con mi dinero. Trabaja gente sin ética en ese local rateros. Ya de entrada me robaron, creo que ellos lo cargan a su teléfono. Fue allí en Town Center al lado de la librería.
They robbed me when I switched to aTzT, they asked me to top up 200 pesos on my same number, but they didn't top up and they kept my money. Unethical people work in that local thieves. They robbed me from the start, I think they upload it to their phone. It was there in Town Center next to the bookstore.
