★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si usted va a hacer algún trámite con un ejecutivo, le conviene estar dispuesto a desperdiciar más de UNA HORA de su tiempo, eso, sin garantía de ser atendido. A los mediocres ejecutivos no les importan los clientes. Total falta de sentido de urgencia, pesimísimo servicio al cliente.
If you are going to do some paperwork with an executive, it is convenient for you to be willing to waste more than ONE HOUR of your time, that, without guarantee of being attended to. Mediocre executives don't care about customers. Total lack of sense of urgency, lousy customer service.
