Una hora y media para ser atendido, seis escritorios y solo dos empleados para atender a los clientes y todo para terminar con que para solicitar una tarjeta de crédito les piden (como si fueran entes distintos) que se adjunten tres estados de cta para comprobar ingresos, lo cual no está especificado en los requisitos en su página. Como solo llevaba dos, pues no se puede Sr. Le envío al ejecutivo por correo los comprobantes y firmo la solicitud. Se compromete a hacerme saber al día hábil siguiente el monto del crédito que podrían darme y el tipo de tarjeta. Hoy, tres días después y con un correo de recordatorio de por medio, sin noticia alguna. Y con toda esa ineficiencia, lo rentables que son sus negocios. Cómo???? A	Ale García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atención. Se llega temprano para hacer tramites, no hay ni un solo cliente, nos dan turno para que luego empiece a llegar la gente y los pasen antes!! Que porque nuestro trámite a realizar es "tardado" y por eso pasan a los "fáciles". Pésimo servicio y repito, pésima atención. Terrible attention You arrive early to do paperwork, there is not a single client, they give us a turn so that people can start arriving and pass them before !! That because our procedure is "delayed" and that is why they pass to the "easy ones". Lousy service and I repeat, lousy attention.

No es posible que un cliente se lleve más de hora y media con un ejecutivo de ctas. Terrible attention, an hour and a half wait without having customers, and they serve friends first.
