Para empezar el muchacho que está atendiendo en la entrada es un poco distraído, el servicio de ventanilla es bueno, no tan lento y eficiente, pero si hablamos del servicio de ejecutivos es una basura, solo hay una señorita atendiendo en el primer escritorio, en el segundo escritorio del segundo ejecutivo no hay nadie, había una muchacha que nisiquiera era ejecutiva, no sabía ni que honda con la computadora y estaba todo el rato pidiendole ayuda a la ejecutiva 1, entonces si de por si la señorita del escritorio 1 esta ocupada atendiendo asuntos que tardan bastante en resolver todavía tiene que ayudar a alguien que nisiquiera esta capacitado para el trabajo que está haciendo y ahí se pierde demasiado tiempo, tienen que tener en cuenta que las personas a las que van a atender tenemos que ir a trabajar u otras cosas que hacer y no podemos estar todo el día esperando solo por detalles como este. Muy mal ahí, tienen que tener dos ejecutivos bien capacitados para que el servicio sea más rápido y eficiente, de lo contrario va a seguir el mismo problema y la gente va a dar malas opiniones acerca de esta sucursal y probablemente tengan problemas. Y ya me toco, hiba a abrir otra cuenta a mi nombre y solo me pidio mi número de tel. Que ellos se comunicaban conmigo. Pffff pésimo servicio al cliente.
